Bookings, Deposits & Payments
Appointments will be booked either on the Website via the "Book Appointment" tab, social media, e-mail, or telephone. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of S$50 is required to secure the appointment date. Payment will be taken upon confirmation of booking by ROUHIHENNA and agreed by you, by which the confirmation e-mail will be sent. The payment can be made securely via credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The remaining balance is required to be paid on the day of the appointment by cash or via bank transfer. Additional work that you may want carried out on the day of the appointment will need to be agreed on and paid in full before the additional henna application. Extra charges for this will be at our discretion. Upgrading of packages is allowed; charges are to be paid according to the rates offered at the time of Service. However, charges will not be forfeited in case of downgrading of packages. Changing of appointment dates are subject to availability, and no extra charge is required.
Travel Charges
All travel fees have been included in the packages at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. If Service is requested to be done after 10:00 PM, additional travel fees may be charged to the client.
Client's Responsibility
It is your responsibility to be at the venue 10 minutes prior to the the appointment time, or if you are running late, it is your responsibility to inform the henna artist at ROUHIHENNA. Your late arrival will limit the time for your appointment. For any unnecessary waiting time that exceeds 15 minutes from the agreed appointment time, S$30 will be charged for the next and subsequent 15 minutes delay. The henna artist cannot be held beyond the times agreed unless otherwise arranged.
You must provide a quiet room that is well-lit to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. The room, equipped with a bathroom facility, must be available at the venue for the client and the henna artist for at least 3 hours. There should be no interruptions during the henna application. Your movements will be restricted for a minimum duration of 6 hours, and you are strongly advised to appoint a family member or a friend as your right-hand man. As henna services for guests are subject to availability, you must inform us in advance if extra services are required.
ROUHIHENNA reserves the right to cancel and end the session if there are adverse working conditions not rectified even after you have been notified. You will not receive refund for any payments made. Adverse conditions include, but is not limited to, rude or aggressive behaviour, threats, violence, inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or dangerous conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. ROUHIHENNA reserves the right to cancel and end appointments which are not attended to at the agreed time. The deposit will be forfeited. If the henna artist at ROUHIHENNA cannot make the agreed appointment time, you can opt for an alternative time or date, otherwise a full refund will be issued of any payments made.
In the event if a cancellation by the client, a 5-day notice is required. Deposit made prior to the appointment date will be forfeited. If cancellation notice was not given prior to the henna artist's arrival at the venue, or in the event of a no-show by the client, full payment or S$100, whichever is greater, will be due in full by the end of the day of the appointment. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by ROUHIHENNA, the deposit will be fully refunded and every effort will be made to find a replacement henna artist.

Allergies, Liability, Patch Tests & Trials
Clients who have prior skin conditions or allergies must notify ROUHIHENNA when purchasing products or booking an appointment. ROUHIHENNA will not be held liable for any reactions from the products used. However, utmost care will be given to ensure the products are safe for sensitive skin. If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding, you are highly recommended to opt for pure lavender cones. Although we use natural organic ingredients in our products, you are strongly advised to speak to your dermatologist or medical practitioner if you have any concerns over the safety of using henna. ROUHIHENNA may refuse Service to clients, by which the client will receive a full refund of any payments made.

You can request for a free henna cone to be sent over (postage fee applies) for the patch test, which should be done 4 weeks prior to the henna appointment. For bridal trials, it is recommended, if necessary, for it to be done 6 weeks prior to your event date. Trial fees must be paid in full when booking for the appointment. If you do get a reaction to the henna paste after the patch test or bridal trial, you must inform us immediately.
