Henna is perishable. Store your henna cones in the freezer when not using. Henna cones can last up to six months if kept frozen.
Defrost henna cones by rolling it between your palms, or leave it at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not leave the cones out in room temperature for more than one day as the paste will deteriorate and will not give out the optimum stain.
