We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-perishable items. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have passed since your items have reached you, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
The following items cannot be returned and are non-refundable:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund has been approved or rejected. Once we have approved your refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Kindly allow us up to two weeks for this process.

- Individual products purchased as part of a kit or a bundle
- Sale items
- Samples

- Your preference of replacement, exchange or refund

damaged items
In case of a defective or damaged item, we may grant an exchange or a partial refund. We will only exchange your damaged item with the same product.
late or missing refund
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account first, and then contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. Do note that there is usually some processing time before your refund is officially fulfilled. If you still have not received your refund after doing all of this, please contact us via the contact form.
shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. If you are shipping an item over SGD 50, you should consider using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
